Hi All,
Thank you for your patience, we had a few issues getting hold of samples during production due to incomplete customs paperwork which set us back, combined with the need to make a few final tweaks - but the good news is that all your goods have been produced and will be shipped this month!
Injection moulding is a bit of a dark art - you don't 100% know whether the finished product will be what you intended until the first round of samples have been received. It took way longer to get those samples than we hoped and they needed some tweaks. Mostly in the rigidity of the plastic used - the originals were too flexible for our liking.
With that change made, the final round of samples ticked all our boxes and production was approved! The units that you'll be receiving feel great. The sliding action is nice and secure, the grips just right and the matte texture exactly as we hoped. We're really proud of these and can't wait for all your feedback!
Tooling Complete + Production Update!

Fantastic news! The tooling has been completed, first samples are on their way to us in the UK and production is due to start soon.

There were some minor design tweaks made. The overall footprint is now smaller but the basket capacity remains the same, they are also easier to stack to make warehousing, shipping and storage of multiple units at home easier!
The fit and finish appears to be exactly as we hoped. We didn't want it to be a loose fit, a nice secure sliding action will really help differentiate it as a premium product among its competitors. You can see the expanding action in this video:
Next update will be once production is complete. We'll give you some time to do any final checks to your addresses before we lock them in and get your orders moving!

Hi everyone,
Tooling production is underway and we have just sent out all your address surveys to finalise the production numbers once tooling is complete in August.
Step One - Confirm Colours
You'll be able to see colours for all parts of your reward (inc those that backed the family set with other products!
Step Two - Add On Store
Next you'll see the add-on store. We got a lot of messages from backers during the campaign asking about extra bits and pieces like our 4pk Reusable Can Covers. There is no additional shipping on first items and only small increments thereafter to account for the increased shipping weight.
Step Three - Address Form
This is the most important part - please enter your address IN FULL with nothing shortened or abbreviated. We are a UK company and these are being shipped direct to you all from China - so shortened 'local addresses' will result in lost packages. We see it on every single campaign and hope this will be the exception!
